Rene Serrano is only ten years old, but he’s already a professional skateboarder with sponsors. He’s been skating since he was three years old.
So many classic moments in this video. I was mad impressed when he was pulling that one legged move! I’m pretty sure this is the same monkey who learned how to ride the segway. I read an article saying that he learned how to do a Crieger flip.
When I was younger, I somehow had Spike Jonze and Spike Lee confused. Yes, for a short time I actually thought that Spike Jonze directed Get On The Bus. I’m a little older and a little wiser now. Some of the best concept videos I have ever seen were produced by Mr. Spike Jonze. I’ll continue to post his videos every now and again.
I’m going to post a handful of videos, starting with his most recent creation: The Lakai Fully Flared skateboarding video.
He also produced Girl’s Yeah Right skateboarding video back a few years. He used slow motion and green screen shit to make some memorable clips. Here is the clip of the invisible boards.
This is the first time he used the slow motion in Yeah Right. That treflip is crazy in slow-mo.
