The video for MoonRunners’ (vs Daft Punk) ‘Feels Like Magic’ only cost them around £55 to make then, like me you’d probably visualise a pretty shabby hand held camera-job of nonsensical rubbish but after watching the video below, like me – you’ll probably be quite astounded. The music that MoonRunners make just doesn’t realy come from what we know of DIY music culture. Instead you’ve got four guys who know their craft and working with the likes of Kanye West and Mr Hudson and among producers who’ve worked with Lilly Allen then you expect them to impress.

I know I’ve been pretty bad about posting stuff lately and it’s really nice when people send me stuff so I don’t have to do any work.
I’m what you would call a lurker on your site. Quietly checking the blog to get a quick laugh or just see about some shit going on in my city. Saw you posted one of CJ’s mixes a few weeks back and wanted to share what I’ve got as well.
Inspired by one of those afternoon’s we’ve been having lately where the sun is shining and you just need something positive and funky to listen to.

Breakbot
Breakbot is the newest member of Ed Banger Records (Uffie, Justice, Busy P, etc.) and has a sound all his own. It’s got this throwback pop-funk-soul feel to it that I’ve never heard before. It’s silky smooth and has groove for days. These two tracks have been on repeat all day long because I can get away with this kind of music at work.
Daft Punk – Fragile
The intro track to Tron Legacy has finally been released and it sounds amazing. The movie will probably be amazing and adding a Daft Punk soundtrack makes it that much better. Maybe DP will play Bonnaroo this year…

What is up with the entire continent of Asia being obsessed with robots? Every other day I see a robot walking down stairs or watering flowers or riding a cat. I guess I can’t complain because this robot can get down.
