A monstrous grilled cheese sandwich filled to the brim with 13 different cheese and 3 slices of grilled bread (not to mention a side of hand-cut fries and slaw). The title may be misleading, I think the “5 pounds” comes from the weight of everything on the dish, including the fries and slaw, but that is one heckuva sandwich regardless!
