Surf Ohio
I’ve been diggin’ all this beach chill surf rock being released lately. Here’s a little something I grabbed a few days ago.
My dad grew up in Texas and surfed all through his 20′s. To this day I still look through his old pictures wishing I could move to the coast and catch my first wave. Even if I had been surfing for the past 7 years, I don’t think I could ever drop into the waves like these. Most of the time the reef is just a few feet below the surface of the water… So pitted.

This Drummer Has The Wrong Gig!
DON’T SKIP THIS VIDEO. TRUST ME. The madness starts about 40 seconds in. I don’t know what’s better, the facial expressions or the insanely impressive drum skills. Check out those heinous suits!!! I don’t know how this guy got stuck in this band but I guess when you are in your 40′s and still “living that music dream” you gotta pay the bills.

If I know high-school photographers at all, I bet they cropped it that exactly 5 pixels less on purpose.
On a related note, school photographers absolutely creep me out. They seem too excited about taking pictures of people sitting in place…
Mike’s Kampf
So it looks like Michael Jordan debuted his Hitler stache in the new Hanes commercial. That “bacon neck” dude is actually rocking an impressive stache as well. If I were a major league pitcher or a detective (both were childhood dreams), you know I’d be rocking a Burt Reynolds stache. Don’t let this dark hair fool you, when my stache grows out it’s brown/red/blonde and crazy bushy.

Every time I see a video like this I think of ravers. They have ruined my appreciated for this type of photography. At least they aren’t wearing 40+ neon colored bracelets and sweating like a leaky faucet.
Kids on Leashes: A Good Thing
What’s the big deal with kids on leashes? It makes sense to me. While you are dealing with a sales clerk your kids can take a nap right behind you. I think we need MORE kids on leashes.

Kobe’s Reaction to Chris Rock’s Heckling
It’s pretty obvious that Kobe has ice in his veins. Matt Barnes actually said he was a little scared after Kobe didn’t flinch, saying “I mean, that’s not even human.” Little to no emotion; completely focused; in the zone. Barack Obama could have been chatting his ear off and he would have done the same thing.
