Red Bull Thre3Style May 8th
Red Bull Thre3Style is a DJ contest that promises to be a night of dance-floor mayhem. The participants have to play a selection of at least three styles of music in 15 minutes. It doesn’t matter what genres of music are chosen so long as the DJ can make them work together. The participating DJs are judged on their track-selection, technical skills, creativity and most importantly their ability to bring the house down. It doesn’t matter if they know all the DJing tricks and techniques in the book, if they can’t get the feet on the dancefloor and hands in the air, they don’t stand a chance of winning a Red Bull Thre3Style contest.
The winner of this night’s contest will be flown to Denver, CO to compete in the national finals in October – the grand prize being a trip to Paris, France to compete against the best party rockers from 10 countries in the Red Bull Thre3Style International Finals.
Battling it out at the Southgate House is a group of some of the brightest up-and-coming and established DJ talent in the tri-state area:

Circus Skateboarding
This is William Spencer and he’s got the most unique style I’ve ever seen. What he does is 1/2 skateboarding and 1/2 parkour. Yes, parkour is extremely gay, but this is different.
I still don’t understand how people skateboard without breaking an ankle every 2 weeks.

This is Damien Walter’s 2010 highlight reel. I’d expect to see him doing stunts in just about every action movie for the next few years. Incredible. The move at 1:20 is completely mind blowing.
