Spike Lee directed the Kobe movie (it sucked) and now it’s LeBron’s turn to hit the big screen. The story follows his historic high school basketball career.

The $5 tickets sold out a few weeks ago and people were throwing their extras on Craigslist for $40+. The Clampdown DJ’s held it down before the show and Passion Pit hit the stage around 9:30. Amazing performance. The only thing that I would change would be to have it on a Friday night instead of a Tuesday. Work is going to be rough today.
Also, the guy who threw 200 glowsticks into the crowd really didn’t need to do that. Glowsticks are for raves and indoor putt-putt.

The Jaguar Club brings their show to the Bus tonight. The Brooklyn based group have just finished up their first album titled And We Wake Up Slowly and have been on tour. Tonight they’ll be playing The Treehouse with Wing & Tusk, the combination of the two should make for an amazing show. I thought I had seen this before, but it was actually different from the Home School Self Defense videos I watched as a child. I’ve actually used some of these techniques when I threw it down in the streets. My go to move was the Advanced Striking – Ball Flurries (4:14). Ball punches are highly underrated and also highly homorated. Use them at your own risk, but prepare for incredible results.
