i picked up some takeout from Labamba yesterday, as always the #3, with a side of jalapenos, normally my total is $8.00 or something around $8.50 depending if i eat there or take it to go, so there’s this new guy working the register last night and when he rings me out my total is $6.66. this is extra strange cause the meal itself before tax costs more than that!! this recession must be hittin’ everyone where it hurts if Lucifer himself is working the register at Labamba.
ps. he was running one of those haircuts that i affectionately refer to as “the catwalk”, you know, that one that popped up in the early 90′s where you grow it to ponytail length, then put it up in a ponytail, then shave everything underneath. optional accessorization: rat-stache. figured someone out there needs this information.
That haircut is amazing. I also miss the “butt cut” or “soccer cut” where the entire head is shaved except for the bangs which are normally kept around 1-2 inches. I never had one because I was too Jewish.
