Eric Scott, who is known by many as Jet Pack Man, flew across the Royal Gorge in Colorado using his jetpack. His 21 second flight covered 1,500 feet and set a new world record. The carbon fiber pack is fueled by hydrogen peroxide and only carries enough fuel for a 33 second flight. It appears he was also fueled by the energy drink Monster (see pic).
I have to try out one of these things. I think I’d skip the 1,000 foot drop in the canyon and go fly over some water at a beach.
