The most famous cycling race in the world, the Tour de France, started on July 5th and will go through July 27th. The race covers over 2,200 miles. That is roughly the same distance from Columbus, Ohio, to Los Angeles, California (2,242 miles). These riders are in incredible shape and put their bodies through one of the most grueling things a human can do. I try to ride around 30-40 miles a wee and these guys cover that in a day, easy. I need to step my game up and get a $8,000 bike.
